Enterprise Scholars

Think Creatively. Build Boldly.
Enterprise is about ideas 鈥 where they come from, how they grow, and how they change the world. Our Enterprise Scholars programme invites curious minds aged 12鈥14 to explore what it means to think creatively and turn imagination into action. At 黑料网, enterprise isn鈥檛 just about business 鈥 it鈥檚 about discovering how ideas can make a difference. Through interactive projects, group challenges, and real-world problem-solving, students learn to think like innovators and collaborators. Guided by expert tutors, they鈥檒l explore how creativity, teamwork, and decision-making come together to turn ideas into impact. It鈥檚 a chance to experiment, take risks, and see what happens when curiosity meets ambition.
Explore How Ideas Take Shape
Every great idea starts with a question: what if? In this course, students learn how to take ideas from inspiration to reality through interactive activities and guided discussions. They鈥檒l explore how organisations, communities, and individuals use innovation to solve problems, improve lives, and create change. From designing mock products to pitching creative concepts, students will experience the thrill of seeing their ideas come to life. Along the way, they鈥檒l learn that enterprise isn鈥檛 just about success 鈥 it鈥檚 about persistence, imagination, and learning from every attempt.
Learning Through Collaboration
Our 12鈥14 courses use interactive and task-based learning to make enterprise hands-on and energising. Students work in small teams to tackle design challenges, build mini-projects, and test creative solutions. Through multimedia presentations, games, and group work, they鈥檒l explore how collaboration fuels innovation. Small class sizes ensure that every student can contribute and be heard. Tutors adapt lessons to match each group鈥檚 ideas and enthusiasm 鈥 encouraging students to take ownership of their learning. By combining creativity with teamwork, they鈥檒l build confidence in expressing ideas, solving problems, and leading collaboratively.
Inspired by Oxford and Cambridge Traditions
Our teaching is inspired by the Oxford and Cambridge approach 鈥 where questions, not answers, drive learning. Students are encouraged to explore different perspectives, test assumptions, and debate solutions, supported by tutors who nurture independent thought and creative confidence. Through discussion and reflection, students learn to think critically about how ideas shape the world. Whether they鈥檙e analysing famous innovators or exploring their own, this approach helps them understand that enterprise is less about following a plan 鈥 and more about thinking differently.
Beyond the Classroom
Enterprise doesn鈥檛 stop at the classroom door 鈥 it lives in every creative act, collaboration, and new idea. Students are encouraged to see opportunities all around them, from local issues to global challenges. Group excursions and cultural experiences help them connect what they learn to the world beyond, inspiring them to think big and act boldly. By the end of the week, students leave with a sense of empowerment and possibility 鈥 not just about what they can create, but about how they can contribute. Enterprise becomes more than a subject 鈥 it becomes a mindset for exploring the world with imagination and purpose.
